Honestly couldn't have asked for better experience. They were here within the hour and didn't upcharge me despite it being an urgent leak. They'll have my future business for sure.

I had an urgent situation where my water heater was in violation of HOA policy and needed to be replaced quickly. I reached out to several companies, but many either raised their prices due to tariffs or required paid onsite estimates.

When I spoke with Austin at NW Custom Plumbing, the experience was completely different. He immediately asked for a photo of my current unit and some rough measurements, then provided a very competitive price that beat other companies. I also really appreciated his honesty. He didn’t try to upsell or add unnecessary charges, and he was able to reuse materials from my existing setup to help keep costs down.

Jason and Jesus showed up right on time, were extremely professional, and completed the entire replacement, installation, cleanup, and testing in under an hour. On top of that, they arranged for the city permit and inspection, and everything was completed up to code within about a day and a half.

This was my first experience with NW Custom Plumbing, and I’m genuinely impressed by their speed, professionalism, and honesty. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about serving the community. I’ll definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs.

Very responsive, courteous, and professional. Gave a great price, came on time to install the new water heater, figured the one they have won't fit, and rescheduled to next day without even blinking. Great crew and nothing but professional.
