I had an urgent situation where my water heater was in violation of HOA policy and needed to be replaced quickly. I reached out to several companies, but many either raised their prices due to tariffs or required paid onsite estimates.

When I spoke with Austin at NW Custom Plumbing, the experience was completely different. He immediately asked for a photo of my current unit and some rough measurements, then provided a very competitive price that beat other companies. I also really appreciated his honesty. He didn’t try to upsell or add unnecessary charges, and he was able to reuse materials from my existing setup to help keep costs down.

Jason and Jesus showed up right on time, were extremely professional, and completed the entire replacement, installation, cleanup, and testing in under an hour. On top of that, they arranged for the city permit and inspection, and everything was completed up to code within about a day and a half.

This was my first experience with NW Custom Plumbing, and I’m genuinely impressed by their speed, professionalism, and honesty. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about serving the community. I’ll definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs.

Great experience with replacing a hot water heater. They were able to get me scheduled early Monday after a breakdown on the weekend. Excellent pricing for short notice and they were able to provide different product and installation options. Jason was very knowledgeable during the installation and suggested some changes to some of my setup that will prevent issues down the road. They were done in a couple hours. Overall very happy with the service and will definitely use again for any future projects.
