They had a competitive price for the work and also included painting which another company didn’t include, so that made it easier for us to do all the work with one company. I appreciate that they called out other rot issues I didn’t even notice to ensure we got everything fixed without missing something. When they arrived and started work I realized I wanted help touching up paint in a few other areas and they were able to add that on too, which was very helpful! They even took the leftover paint we had and color matched it at the store to buy more paint, saving me the trip. They were also able to give me quotes for different levels of work to help me choose how much I wanted done and I never felt pressured to pay for more service than I wanted. When they found extra rot under the rotted siding they even offered to give me time to source quotes from other companies to feel comfortable, but I loved working with the Rot Doctor so much I just stuck with them for that. I would definitely recommend the Rot Doctor and work with them again if needed!"See more
