We hired him to replace the siding on the south side of our split-level home, including the chimney and gable, as well as a worn section on the west side. In addition to the siding work, he replaced two aging load-bearing posts supporting our elevated patio. He even upgraded them to sturdier posts when he easily could have gone with a more basic replacement. His pricing was very competitive without sacrificing quality, and the project included all demo work, siding replacement, structural repairs, detail work, painting, and cleanup/disposal. He also accommodated a last-minute add-on project, picking up the materials that same morning to make sure the schedule moved forward. Franz is an good communicator who clearly takes pride in doing quality work. He’s respectful, never pushy, and easy to work with, which made the entire experience stress-free. His crew were efficient and pleasant to have around, and they left the site cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Franz and his crew to anyone looking for honest, reliable construction work. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again for a full siding project or a larger renovation."See more
