What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on the amount of time I will spend shooting and editing, not the number of photos or length of video you receive. If I take 127 good photos, you're getting all of them not just 10.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss what their expectations are for the project, suggest how we can best make that happen and confirm that we are on the same page.
