Rosie did a great job with a complicated and very detailed wallpaper mural. It needed to be lined due to heavy texture on the wall, and she was clear about that from the beginning. She gave me her rates up front and an estimate for the time the project would take. There are a couple of spots where the mural is off by just a hair; it's difficult to tell if that's because of Rosie's work or if it's due to the way the mural is made. Either way, it's minor and even from the middle of the room, I can't tell - but I'm pretty chill and not a perfectionist by any means, so it doesn't bother me where it might be bothersome to others. We have an electrical panel right smack in the middle of the wall where the mural goes, and Rosie followed my instructions on how to handle that, creating a removable piece we can remove when the panel needs to be accessed. She took a few hours longer than her estimate, which cost quite a bit more than I anticipated. I originally went with Rosie due to her lower estimate than other companies, so that was a bummer. I do not believe she padded hours or went slowly on purpose; the job was just more difficult and fiddly than she believed. But she didn't let me know she was running long until she sent the invoice the day after job completion - not that I would have had her stop, but it would've been nice to be prepared for the job to cost $200 more than anticipated. However, all told, Rosie did a great job and the end result looks amazing. I will happily work with her again if we have more wallpaper to install.

Rosie is a total pro and a pleasure to work with. She wallpapered a feature wall in my home office today and it is beyond my expectations. She worked around cables and some walll quirks. I can't wait for my next video call to show it off! I highly recommend Rosie.
