J.D IS still working on my case but he jumped to my rescue. See I was in a car wreck 3 years ago and I was trying to work with the insurance co. And they kept putting me through the wringer and by the time I realized I should get an Attorney it was too late my 3 years was a week away. Then at the last min the insurance told me i could file an extension on my case. So I made some inquiries for an Attorney and J.D was the one who stepped up for me right away at this point he only had one a few day to go and file this extension on my behalf. With out him I would be lost. He is wonderful and so far things are going much smoother than what it had been when I was trying to deal with the auto insurance company on my own. I'm telling you J.D is your man there wasn't any other Attorney that was so quick to help me. I feel so blessed to of found J.D.

Attorney J.D. Smith is unquestionably in the top 5 percent of attorneys that practice in the State of Washington. Legal knowledge, professionalism, and total customer service are his strongest attributes. He doesn't leave a stone unturned as your attorney.
This assessment is based on my personal experience as his client - he attained a very large settlement for an automobile accident where the intoxicated driver injured my wife and me.
