Souza and his team did an excellent job with interior paint. Went from green and black walls to beige. He also re-caulked in the kitchen. Would definitely hire again for a paint job!

Souza and team did a great job painting the interior of our home. They were open to feedback and were flexible when we had to increase the scope of work due to unexpected issues. They ended up working on 4 bedrooms and our kitchen cabinets. Souza was also able to fix a few things around the house (eg stuck doors, replace door knobs). They worked diligently throughout the day and cleaned up after themselves. I would work with them again.

We needed a painting contractor to paint a recently vacated unit in our duplex in Sequim. The unit had been occupied for several years. I got a couple quotes from contractors I had used in the past and they were outrageously high. I went on Thumbtack and put in a request for painting quotes. Souza made contact with me immediately. It was around 6:00pm on a Friday. I really didn’t expect anyone to respond so quickly. We talked about the scope of the project and he offered to go take a look at it the same night. I gave him the code on our lockbox and he made contact around 8:30. He gave me the quote and I gave him the project. He asked if I was going to be doing any other work there. I told him I was looking for someone to install some vinyl laminate hard wood floors. He gave me a price per sq ft right off the top of his head. It was obvious he had done these floors before. We agreed on the price and I agreed to have him do the floors. He explained it would be a couple weeks before he could start the project as he had another project in the queue. He told me he would contact me if he could start sooner. A few days went by and he called and said he could start by the end of the week. Which is exactly what he did. I was surprised when he said he would start on a Friday and was going to work over the weekend. Once he started working it was obvious this guy and his helper knew what they were doing. He asked if I would be interested in having the kitchen cabinets painted as they were old and looked outdated. To make a long story short, the price was right, so we had him paint the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity. Because the doors and windows were also stained a dark color we added them too. So we added all the doors, door jambs, door trim, window trim, window sills and baseboards. All the additional work was very reasonably priced so I could resist the opportunity to get it done. Truth is, it needed it badly. Oh, we also added painting the interior of the garage. It had been years and needed it too. The only catch for me was I was that I needed the project completed by the following Thursday. I needed to leave town and wanted to be there when it was done. These guys worked their butts off. They worked sun up till dark every day to meet the Thursday night deadline. They also threw in a few extras at no charge. Souza installed all new fixtures and a new toilet and I didn’t even ask. He knew it needed to be done so he did it. The question is would I hire them again YES. Would I refer them to friends and family YES! These guys do good work, they work hard, they do what they say they’re going to do, they stuck to their quote, they were prepared and they got the job done when they said they would. I supplied all the materials, they supplied their talent. He’s some before and after pictures of the unit.

Souza and his team did a good job painting the interior of my house. It was a big project but he and his team made the finish line successfully. They are also general contractors, so they were able to remove and replace all appliances, door knobs, cabinet pulls and handles. Although there were some hurdles close to the end of the project, they were accomodating. They worked from early mornings till late nights. Souza was responsive from the beginning to the end. The total cost of the project was also reasonable for our budget. I recommend Souza for all types of painting needs.
