I work with you to design a program that fits your schedule and current objectives, then help you implement them into your daily living to help you reach and sustain these goals. These services are ideal for distance clients, but I also offer 1 on 1 and small group training. I love helping people make positive changes in their daily lives and accomplish things they may have had doubts about at first. You can do anything you put your mind to! I believe my services help make people feel like an all around lighter and happier being - this is what warms my heart at the end of each day.

I have worked with Courtney on and off for the past year for workout ideas, diet help, as well as a fitness coach and advisor. Regardless of what capacity you work with her in, Courtney is always optimistic, upbeat, and endlessly supportive - tremendous assets when trying to make difficult life changes! Another wonderful part of working with Courtney is that while she acts as a wonderful support system, she also holds you accountable for your choices and goals. If you happen to go off track (as we all do), her first priority is helping you get back on the path towards fitness and health. I couldn't imagine working with anyone who is more professional and extremely personable than Courtney. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone interested in making big changes to their health and fitness.

Courtney takes the time to get to know you in order to develop a work out plan that actually fits into your lifestyle. She has helped me to live the healthier lifestyle I was seeking - helping out with exercise routines & meal planning. She helped me lose over 40 pounds & her follow up approach has helped me keep it off for over two years now! She is simply amazing; I couldn't be happier with the long terms results of our time together!

My journey to an active life blossomed under Courtney’s care. I came to her with an exercise history of “I don’t know - P.E. when I was in high school?” — and now, five months later, I feel stronger & more confident than ever before. She is unfailingly professional, yet also sincere & personal. Her weekly emails are both instructive & encouraging, and her enthusiasm for educating and empowering her clients is contagious.
