A mixed experience. They responded quickest to my initial iniquity and could schedule a visit right away, which was great. But then we had a weird experience with them when it came to actually scheduling the repair, had to ping then a few times and things took longer than they quoted, but they were pretty responsive throughout... but they showed up 2 hours earlier than planned with no warning. Now the repair is done seemingly well, so overall okay but just a bit mixed.
