- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is as follows: Preventative maintenance $149 for the first piece or equipment, $35 for a second add on piece of equipment. Repair: A $98.00 diagnostic, them time and material. Major repairs based on $60 per half hour plus material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Education is very important, we spend the time to educate our customers to the level they are comfortable with. Are goal is to make sure every customer knows what they are getting and what to expect when purchasing a new system. The same goes with repairs and maintenance. While we provide options, we never try to sell or add on useless gadgets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everybody at Legacy One Heating is randomly drug tested. Our Technicians all N.A.T.E. certified, E.P.A. certified. Continued education in the HVAC field is a must, All technician attend monthly training sessions provided by manufacturer, distributors, or ACCA approved trainers.
