- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally charge between $1 to $2 per square feet depending on the damage of the paint, the amount of colors , amount of detail ( doors, cabinets, windows, trim, crown molding, etc. ) and the accessibility of our equipment to the house. With that being said we want our customers to be happy so WE ALWAYS WORK HARD TO PROVIDE A GREAT PRICE AND A BETTER VERSION OF YOUR HOME!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers we let them know that we work hard to make sure that all of their home improvement needs are met. We make a list of all the important details and we walk them through how we will achieve them and the max duration time for the project. We also provide handyman services, so we get many 1st time customers calling us back for such services. When our customers see how well we work with our painting projects they don't hesitate to call us for handyman services.
