- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always try to be competitive with our pricing, we offer excellent customer service, a courtesy call 30 minutes before we get there and a follow up call to make sure you are more than satisfied with our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss your items for removal over the phone, and come up with fair pricing for you. It doesn't help for us to underbid and show up and charge you more. We always try to be as accurate as possible with quoting according to the items you need removed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had over 30 years of customer service experience, we are reliable, trustworthy, and honest.
