Introduction: Yoga has been a part of my life for nearly a decade. It has been with me through physical injuries and emotional hardships. It's been my go to friend throughout the years. Now, it has become the foundation for my success in powerlifting and Olympic lifting. Through yoga, we heal our bodies, we strengthen our physical self, challenge our mental stamina, and ultimately become more in tune with what we put our whole being through. My goal is to teach you how to mindfully connect with those parts of your body you may typically not acknowledge. If we focus on all the small parts of our physical being during yoga, we can build a better & more stable platform to work upon in our daily lives. I am 200 hour RYT certified yoga instructor in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. I also hold a certification in Health and Nutrition Coaching. Let's get to work!
