Appreciate the patience of Fernando and team in working with me to complete our kitchen project. The framing plans were successfully implemented and sign off was given by city inspectors. We hit a couple of surprises during construction, but Fernando was able to refer me to some additional experts to help mitigate. Drywall crew also did a great job with texturing, would hire again for future jobs.

I like to visit a place in person so I can take measurements and make a list of the scope of work before making a proposal. Communication is key.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have around 13 diplomas, in blueprints, CPR & first aid, safety, scaffolding, asbestos, forklift, boomlift, construction hazards, OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 etc.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
