Fernando and his team did an amazing job on my framing project. He helped me understand exactly what needed to be done and gave a few options of how to accomplish what I wanted. He provided fair and reasonable estimate and then when there were other issues found with our plumbing, did a great job assessing the problem and going the extra mile to finish the work. One thing I loved most was that his team helped protect our home during the project (drywall, plumbing) and took the time to put everything back where it belonged. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to visit a place in person so I can take measurements and make a list of the scope of work before making a proposal. Communication is key.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have around 13 diplomas, in blueprints, CPR & first aid, safety, scaffolding, asbestos, forklift, boomlift, construction hazards, OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 etc.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It’s something I’m passionate about. I like to see how with a simple idea or plans we can build the client’s dream.
