Discovered AllscapesNW through Thumbtack as I was looking to have a water feature serviced/upgraded. Allscapes NW was extraordinarily professional and I could tell right away this was not their first time repairing a water feature. :-) The work was performed brilliantly, everything done on time and they delivered on Frank's promise that the waterfall would transform from the minor trickle it was to a "Class I rapids"! Their attention to detail was amazing as the job touched every facet of the feature from lighting to the pump to the rocks and gravel and the overall landscape. They dramatically improved the top reservoir by installing as new custom slab that will prevent tree detritus from entering the system. They have turned a minor feature of our yard into an amazing experience that my wife and I savor every night it is not raining (and some when it does). I have no hesitation in recommending Frank, Bill and the team for any water feature project you have in mind.

Frank and his crew did a great job. We hired them for a combined project for a new sod (about 3000 sqft), a new patio, and a new sprinkler system. They came everyday at 7am and worked very professional. They also gave me opinions on my landscape. I later hired them to plant 12 green trees on my backyard and did some landscape work. The new front/back/side yard looks great after now. Their offer is not the lowest and not the highest I have been offered. But their work quality is super. I am really happy to work with them. They are very easy to communicate and trust worth. Wish their best for their business.

Franks team was very prompt in responding to my request for a bid. They arrived and carefully assessed the variety of concerns with the system along with me and were able to describe possible causes for the various failures that made sense even though we lacked the as-built/as-installed dwgs to offer for clarity. They home is 24 and we acquired this system and its problems as part of an as-is sale 4 years ago. The next day they began their work and were able to solve all of the known as well as a couple of unforeseen issues quickly and thoroughly. I was delighted to get this system fixed and finally operational after 4 years of unsuccessful troubleshooting. The entoire team is friendly, professional and very thorough!

I couldn't have been more impressed with Frank and his crew. Although not a huge job it was important to my wife and I that it was done correctly. Frank wasn't the least expensive of the bids we received, but I definitely felt much more comfortable with the level of professionalism and quality of materials Frank suggested. Once notified we were going with Allscapes, Frank and crew were on site with the work completed within a few days. Our new yard looks great and we can't wait to enjoy it this summer.
