- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do everything in a digital password protected online gallery that is sent directly to you for download onto your computer and / or USB. I give the option to purchase prints through as digital photography to print - does not transfer well. I work with Miller's lab and they automatically color correct the photos so it's one less step that my clients need to worry about. I do give print releases to my clients as well if they choose to print somewhere else.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation to find out what your looking for. I send a digital contract and invoice. The request deposit if +14 days or payment in full -13 days to secure your session in my calendar. Then the session with me and photos are usually available within the next 2 -4 weeks however, I have been known to edit and turn around in less time. I then am available for another week to go over any corrections you would like to have done.
