Ross was absolutely fantastic; punctual, professional, totally competent and skillful, a responsive and rapid communicator, thorough, clean and affordable - everything you could possibly want in a repair service technician. I cannot recommend him enough.
Even before he came out to my house he looked up the model numbers of our units to make sure that parts were available. Then he arrived exactly when he said he would, did a complete investigation, explained everything clearly, even showing me pictures of hard to see areas.
Then he ordered, and later returned with, the parts: he fixed everything quickly, left it working as it should, even cleaning it when he was done, so it even looked better than before.
I have never met a more clean, organized and professional repair person in my life, and I recommend him utterly and without reservation.
I fully intend to call him again if I have any repairs!! Wonderful experience with FixPro!!

Our dryer went out 5 days before moving when we’re washing everything! I received a very quick response, within minuets and great communication. Pro was able to get to our home within an hour! Pro was very knowledgeable about fixing appliances. He did wonderful and even cleaned the dryer inside out for us. Very kind and a pleasure to be business with. 10/10 recommend!

This technician was outstanding! He replied almost immediately to our request for help with our whirlpool oven. He came out the next day and was so knowledgeable and honest it was so refreshing. He knew what was wrong immediately and fixed it on the spot and didn’t overcharge. Please use them!
