I'm very pleased with Avery Freeman's work on my two computers and highly recommend him for his computer expertise and friendliness.
1) He replaced one computer's shattered screen, tuned it up, and now it's working better than before.
2) He restored another much older computer, (which I thought was a hopeless case).

I had multiple issues with my computers. Avery handled everything in a very professional manner and finished the job ahead of schedule. His fees for this work were very reasonable, less than I had been charged by other computer repair shops in the past who were not nearly as thorough or knowledgeable. He is well versed on a variety of systems, both Mac & PC.
If I ever need more help with my computers, I will certainly use his services again.

Avery was great to work with. He was quick to respond to my original post (on a weekend!) and made time to see me on the same day. He even lent me equipment so I could use my computer while waiting for a part to come in, and helped me with some other computer issues that weren't even part of my original problem.

Avery went above and beyond to recover thousands of files that were deleted when I had to do a factory reset. They included photos, music, movies, Word, Excel and Adobe files. He also fixed my Wi-Fi adapter which had gone missing during the reset and ran a virus scan. When he returned my laptop, he had updated all of the drivers and included some additional programs to keep my hard drive cleaned up. He kept me updated on the status of the recovery from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with his service.
