he's great I accidentally took a ram stick out while PC was shutting down so it was still on killed my mother board Asus b660m pro rs I knew it was going to be the motherboard and maybe ram but I wanted a second opinion but perfect diagnosis dead MOBO and he's such a great guy and he's old school and very up to date on products and new PC hardware there was not much more for him to do but I didn't want to buy a mobo psu ram I needed a second opinion

In addition to the three allotted "likes" about working with Warren Williams, I have to add in punctuality and responsiveness. Mr. Williams responded timely to my initial query. He arrived promptly at the appointed time. He listened patiently, asked clarifying questions, then proved himself to be knowledgeable, and thorough in task completion. He worked efficiently, got me sorted out of a huge mess and up and running within a couple of hours no one else had been able to solve for days. My prices are very reasonable and competitive. I try to keep as low as possible. With gas prices as high as they are, it can be difficult but can negotiate.
