I’m sorry the process was frustrating for you. It was very difficult to get the information that I needed to give you a quote as I don’t do hourly charges for events (quote is based it on the services you are requesting) and at no time did I get to speak with the person who was hosting the event. In addition, you repeated changed what you were requesting after I gave you the quote.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Set rates for various types of Photoshoots. Purchases ( Photos, images, cards) are automatically discounted for purchases over $100.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact is *************. Tall as many times as we need to get all the arrangements finalized. Then contact gets signed. Finally the fun part- see shoot! Once done they can review and order online- but I’m always available if they have questions
