Todd came by for some small jobs including replacing my smoke detectors and assembling/hanging a cabinet. He was able to fit us in quickly and his final cost was lower than he quoted. As a bonus, I accidentally overpaid him and he returned it immediately. I will definitely keep him in mind for future projects!

No response after starting a conversation with me. I’m really not sure why it is so hard for businesses to just be professional. If they’re too busy to take clients that’s completely OK but you can at least tell somebody that instead of have them wait on your response.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive to the current market. Depending on the project, change orders are few and far between, unless we uncover a problem that couldn't be seen prior to demo, or a customer decides to change the specs of job.
Overall, we're priced fairly and typically outperform the original specs with finishing touches that weren't part of original estimate.
