FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I evaluate if the student is a good fit for the school. I do not accept everyone who wants to take lessons because I do not pretend to know how to teach all styles of music or all types of guitar (I do not teach bass guitar). I also know my limits - there's no way I can be a good teacher and have hundreds of students, so I purposely keep my numbers manageable so everyone gets a good experience in their lessons. Second, we have a face to face meeting where I evaluate where you're at in your playing and formulate a plan for how to move forward. If we seem to be a good fit, I make recommendations about what kind of lesson plan would be best and we go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
