- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work because of my Grandmother. She was the one who made ready the rental properties between renters and brought me along to assist her when I was a child. Then I did all the maintenance and repairs for the houses I lived in. For the last two years I worked at a hotel as the lead maintenance technician.ately
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I just finished a resurfacing of an interior brick wall. Cleaned, prepped and repainted the grout lines, cleaned and painted the fireplace insert. Project took 2 days and led to more work as well.
