We are on biweekly cleans and I am very very satisfied! There is attention to detail and things are getting cleaned much more thoroughly than I have been cleaning. I also appreciate the little extra things that are done I never expected. I would definitely recommend Rest Maid Clean.

Excellent! Friendly and professional. Got rid of a stubborn lime spot in the bath, and vacuumed so thoroughly that I don't need to shampoo the carpets. Would definitely recommend to friends.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand everyone of my potential clients are different. That being said I like to go over what is needed and what we both can afford.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a new client, I'm excited and have a goal to make them regulars or have them refer my company. I will usually set a date of service and meet and discuss the clients needs upon start up. After the cleaning process is done I make sure to check to see if I have met the clients expectations incase corrections are needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a variety of training I have grown up helping manage rental properties and assisted with Realtors. From there I worked in retail and have done all types of thing from folding, lifting, organizing, and cleaning. I have my Associates in Arts for Business Management. Previously worked for hotels cleaning and cooking. Lastly I worked for a proffesional Cleaning company. So I know the detailed clean, move outs and inspection cleans
