Acorn attics did a high quality job for a reasonable price. They completed the estimate timely and showed up when they said they would. Best part was the quality and thoroughness of the job. They included adding/securing all the vent holes to the crawl space to prevent rodents from entering after they removed, replaced and sanitizrd the space down there. The other two bids did not include this or mention it at all. Excellent in every way!

Philip and his team are incredible! They communicated well, were able to squeeze us in before our scheduled date, and offered flexible payment terms. He also found mold that TWO other inspectors didn’t find! All in all, we are so happy we went with Philip and although we hope to never have rodents or mold again, we will always refer and come back to Philip and his team!

Philip and his team were fast, completed quality work, and at fair price. This is the second house they have done for us, this time with mold remediation and a full remove and replace insulation in attic and crawl with sump pump drainage channel dug under the house for our high water table.
