Although in the contract, no prep (patching, sanding, etc) was done prior to putting on 2 coats of paint. Painters closed all screened windows and left front door open all day. Little black bugs got in including a few that stuck to the wet paint. They did come back and patch but never apologized for anything.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the job and type of paint or stain selected. We do provide free estimates and the option to upgrade the paint in the estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contacting the customer to go over the type of painting job they are looking to have done. We then schedule an estimate. Estimate is presented to the customer and sent via email to be viewed. If the customer wants to proceed with the job they would then accept the Ebid and we would then contact them to discuss timeframe of the job and get a tentative schedule set, order paint etc.
