- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for a new customer. From the first day the customer has from working with us is: Every valuable customer has a project profile. Your project profile consist of a hard paper in our office a special profile through the type of contractor manufacturer that you are going to be selecting for paint. In addition, we create a platform for communication where you will receive project updates, arrival times, what our goals are for the day and an area where you can list your concerns or questions where they will be promptly addressed. We keep all of our customers records, completely private and unshared for seven years. All project information is meticulously noted just in case. If you need any information from the past from us, customers typically enjoy our relationship because you're more than just a homeowner in the community, we are small business, and we consider all members of our Community to be like family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
