- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our set prices covers everything from labor, disposal fees, hauling, and taxes. We offer 10% discounts for military, first responders, seniors (55+), and college students (school ID).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer gets a welcome message on Thumbtack and walks you on how to get a quote from us. Then, we excitingly meet with you once we agree on a date to come out to see the items that need to be removed. We do a walkthrough and determine the load. Once we determine the load we can then match the load with its correct price. That is why to get the most accurate price we provide free onsite estimates! We occasionally ask for photos based on location to get you a quick price range as quick as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained in safe lifting techniques, organizational skills, responsible disposal practices (including recycling and donation guidelines). We have experience handling residential and commercial cleanouts, furniture removal, construction debris, and property cleanups, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer care. We also stay informed on local disposal regulations and landfill requirements to ensure all items are handled properly and legally.
