- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hello, good afternoon, good morning, good evening to my clients who are reading this message. I have a large trailer that is 14 feet long by 10 feet wide. Prices vary depending on the type of garbage you want to remove: electronics, metal, concrete, or construction material. I give discounts to senior citizens and also to veterans. I always try to give a reasonable price, both for myself and for the client I am serving, so that the client feels satisfied and happy with the work that will be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My usual process for working with a new client is to ask if they can send me the address of their location to give them a free estimate and if they don't want to send their location, I ask them to send me photos and through photos I give them a free estimate and if they agree, I will proceed to their home to do the work.
