Cooper was the photographer for my small wedding near Mt. Rainier National Park. I haven't received the pictures yet (the wedding was only a couple days ago) but if they are anything like his portfolio, I am sure they will be wonderful. What I can say is that he was perfect for our wedding. We only had 20 guests (small and private!) and he easily fit in with everyone. We had a really small space for the ceremony, but he wasn't ever in the way (I always hated wedding photographers that end up as part of the wedding - that gets distracting for the guests to see the photographer instead of the bride & groom). Although he was contracted for a certain time, he ensured us that he wasn't worried so we shouldn't be either. I'm not suggesting you take advantage of him, but he made sure our focus was on the wedding, not his timeline. Our ceremony and reception were at two different locations, about 20 min apart. While he was taking pictures of my husband and myself, my brother-in-law thought he was being helpful and picked up Cooper's bags at the ceremony site and brought them to the reception site while Cooper was still taking pictures of us. Unfortunate Cooper's keys were in his bags and he was stranded. He handled the mistake like it was no hassle at all (which I know it was!). He wanted to make sure the focus was on my husband and me, not him. The guests loved him and he was great with us. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience with a photographer.
