- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always offer a military discount, first responders discount and a teachers discount. I am competitively priced and offer a quick turn around.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to do an in person estimate so we can both meet each other face to face, once that is done I send a digital estimate that outlines the work. Once accepted, we discuss schedule and move forward. Very quick and painless!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a current OSHA 10 safety training course.
