Introduction: I have been teaching since 2002. My teaching certification is in Ashtanga yoga, however I am aware of your body's limitation and will tailor to your needs.
In the summer, we do yoga on the dock, by the water with the seals, in the house overlooking the sound on rainy days. It's a peaceful place as well as unique.
