Molding or baseboards,
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I am just trying to make a living like anyone else. I will charge what I feel is fair for the type of work done. No sales pressure, so there are not artificially inflated prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Dialogue is the biggest part. if you feel comfortable after that then we can move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Training is all on the job. working with bigger companies that gave me electrical training for diagnostics refrigeration. Anything else learned; fabrication, building, framing, tile work, etc., was on the job training by trauma.
