Job is not finished but I have a temporary fix till after the Holidays, couldn't ask for more, I expect to have an estimate on Jan 2 and when I see that I will decide my next move. Is this someone I would recommend, definitely.

Chimney Cleaning
We didn't need their services when they came because our fireplace is not working. They were extremely helpful and polite. I would love to have them come back for a actual project in our near future.

Ceiling Fan Installation or Replacement
Hired Kandu to put up 2 ceiling fans. One fan was defective ( not Kandu's fault). They came back and took it down for me to return at no charge. Good experience.

Siding Installation, Repair, or Removal
Greg Bondy and his crew from Kandu Enterprise were outstanding! He was one of the few contractors in the Sequim area who responded to my request for an estimate and the subsequent work was excellent. Greg was very honest and advised me that I did not need new siding when another contractor recommended it. Additionally, he found things that needed immediate repair that were missed by the inspector. He was always very responsive, answered questions and did not inflate estimates. I have received many compliments on the finished work to my home that Kandu completed. I would definitely recommend Kandu and use them again!

Gutter Installation or Replacement
It's been almost a couple of weeks and nothing has been done yet. The exception is fence boards have been delivered. The gutter sub has called and put off the gutters citing weather issues. We have had a couple of decent days. It is a small project. No work no pay.
Mar 7, 2017VerifiedKandu Enterprise's replyThis cold a wet winter was hard on outdoor projects everywhere. Robert B. now has beautiful custom colored gutters and a heavy milled cedar fence. Payed in full!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We do have a minimum service charge of $100. Our service truck has every tool imaginable giving us the advantage to get a lot done in a short amount of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Proper planning and communication prevents unmet expectations or disappointments. It is important to communicate and develop mutual trust before doing contracting any work. I always recommend following instincts or your heart because price can often be misleading.

I was Contracting Officers Representative for 5 years on large municipal scale jobs. We are Green Builders, Lead Certified, State Accessibility Certified. Our foreman is a Journeyman Carpenter with over 35 years experience. We are not afraid of hard work or getting dirty. There isn't anything we cant do
