Great experience! I have a little frankenhouse that has unique layers of work done over the decades, as it was built in 1943. I appreciated his professionalism and curiosity to resolve the issue of back flow in an upstairs shower. He was resilient to go so far as getting on the roof to fix the issue! (Plumbing has a roof component, apparently. This is why we hire the professionals.) Seriously grateful for his responsiveness and will call him again!

Josh and team were super fast in terms of response, arrival and diagnose of our issue - even after normal business hours. While we were unable to fix the problem on the spot, they were able to mitigate the biggest risk to our home and provide us peace of mind as we worked towards a solution in the following days.
