Brandon arrived within the appointment window, both for the consultative visit and the repair visit. Correct parts were ordered. He provided a professional appraisal of whether to repair or replace our dishwasher. He recommended repair. The repair was completed in a timely manner and he reinstalled the dishwasher, tested it, and cleaned up the work area. I would trust this company to repair other appliances in my home if necessary.

We charge $89.00 for the trip and diagnostic. Once we have diagnosed the issue, We will provide you with the repair cost. The cost will include flat-rate labor plus any parts needed. If you choose to repair, the $89.00 diagnostic fee is free. You only pay the repair cost. If you decide not to repair or if the unit is not repairable (parts are no longer available) then all you pay is the $89.00 plus tax.
