My name is Amanda and I was born and raised here in the beautiful PNW! I always dreamed of being a professional who travelled and got to develop relationships all over the place. That dream became a reality when one day, I woke up and just became my own boss.
I love working 1 on 1 with other clients and vendors. I truly enjoy the process of working with others to create signature cocktails from scratch. I like to use creative ingredients and wild colors/glitter, fruit purée’s, you name it! I’m hoping to use dry ice for a Halloween event soon!

We were in a bit of a bind when we learned about a month away from our event that our caterer's in-house bartending options hadn't renewed their licenses. We were fortunate to find Amanda on short notice with an available weekend in the summer. She was punctual and highly responsive as we finalized the date and expenses. We had a relatively simple setup with beer and wine only, but my wife and I were excited to see the bartending included a decanter! She took the time to chat with guests and add personal touches to the bar setup. We appreciated the service and how it added to our reception.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is super flexible, depending on your wants and needs and how far you’d like for me to travel! I’m very accommodating, I can help with anything you need and can bring my own pop up satellite bar as well!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we start with a budget and work with what my clients need and want, and then as long as we all agree, we sign a contract and I see you on the big day!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in Cantina’s for most of my professional career, inside high end Mexican restaurants and lounges. I have learned how to make almost every drink in every way, so I know how to really cater to my clients based on their palette and expectations.
