Rob is my go to guy for all my repairs on my rental property for the last 5 yrs. He is responsive, honest, and the only one I trust to take care of the maintenance for my property. When I can't be onsite, he keeps me up to date by sending me picts and letting me know where we are in the process. My tenants always let me know how much they enjoy interacting with him.
