Lamyaa and Green House Cleaning went above and beyond for our family! She made our home so sparkly and doesn’t use any harsh chemicals which is safe and great for us because we have a new baby in the home! Not only is she punctual, she’s incredibly friendly! Lamyaa and the Green House cleaning team worked wonders for our house — and family. Both my husband and I are so busy with work and school that cleaning had become a point of contention in our household. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are always complimentary!
I price by always doing a walk through and the current condition of the home/ office. The I ask the clients for their expectations, and discuss their budget.
After discount their needs, I then submit a quote. I always want to make sure that the relationship will work for me and my Clients.
I offer discounts for clients who refer me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1) We call our clients and schedule a time to tour their home or business.
Step 2) We get to know our clients and their needs while touring their home or business. We then provide a complimentary estimate.
Step 3) We begin our business relationship and begin work! It’s as easy as 1-2-3.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My attention to detail, and work ethic began when I was 7 years old in Morocco. My mother would have me help her with cleaning and chores around the house! My mom would deep clean every week on Sunday taking everything out of the house to scrubbing our 3,000 sqft home from top to bottom, should would employ my help! I maintain this same work ethic when cleaning clients homes and businesses.
