- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask if you or your tenants have 24/7 access to your property manager, or do you have to talk to a secretary, maintenance coordinator, etc. Find out how often your property is inspected by a drive-by and how often an interior inspection is done. How many properties does the manager manage, if over 90, they are usually overworked and will take shortcuts. Compare all rates. Is the property manager a member of NARPM and the local Chamber of Commerce.
