We do roof cleaning, moss treatments, roof replacement, gutter cleaning, gutter replacement, micro mesh gutter covers, pressure washing, window cleaning, interior and exterior painting services. We prefer to clean with air vs. water cleaning for about 95% of the homes we service. The treatment we prefer to apply is activated by rain and helps to minimize re-growth on composition & tile roofs for up to 3 years & up to 5 years on shake roofs. We do not recommend pressure washing or water cleaning any roof surface. FYI the pressure from the water when pressure washing along with the volume of the water used during the water cleaning process removes unnecessary granules off the composition roofs, layers of wood off the shake roofs & creates mud damns on tile roofs along with unnecessary stress & breakage on tiles. Water cleaning will also remove the surface color on older tile roofs.
