Hello my name is Lance owner of PNW Services. We are a local LLC that cleans and maintains glass windows. We also do pressure washing and gutter cleaning. We service commercial and residential from Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, and surrounding areas. I’ve personally been cleaning windows for about 8 years now so I’m good at what I do. We do FREE in person bids. You pay nothing untill the job is
complete. If you choose to opt in to a follow up you will be given a discount on routine cleans. If you have any inquiries about your windows feel free to reach out to us and see what we can potentially do for you. Lance and Dixon did an excellent job! Very hard workers. Super professional and my windows look amazing! They even washed the screens. They did a great job on the gutters and power washing our deck as well.

Lance did a fantastic job on my driveway stripping off my existing acrylic sealer which was originally deemed very hard to do. I worked with him together (me pouring Xylene and him power washing off the softened sealer), and the end result is satisfactory. Almost all sealers were stripped off. He then helped me power washed my brick sidings of my house because I wanted to apply sealer there. All of the work took 3 hours and I’m very happy at the end. He’s flexible to work with and can accommodate custom needs. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a professional job done.

Pricing depends on a variety of situations like accessibility to the glass, size, window count, and cleanliness of the glass on the first clean. Other factors are if we need any ladders or long poles.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to do a walk through of the property. Typically this is done with the customer so we can explain and break down the bid so everyone can feel comfortable and solid about the bid. Next we’ll talk about when we’ll start the job and finish as well as discussing the small detail about the job and answer any questions at that time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To make sure they are licensed and insured for there own well being.
