- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Projects are complex. Setting out to change a bathtub sometimes reveals an issue with flooring, flooring leads to plumbing... It's complicated. Every little aspect of working on a project has to be closely explored and managed. We promise to always discuss options with you every step of the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Face to face consultation. It matters to to us that we truly understand your needs and goals. In order for us to get our heads around your project, we like meeting to discuss and explore ideas. Once we have a preliminary idea of the scope of work, we can provide a preliminary estimate and invite you to go through a thorough design process with us. During this design process, we will identify the true scope, select all specifications, develop plans, and finalize the construction budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sean Gallagher is a second generation builder who brings 30 years of experience in the remodeling and construction industry.
