My pricing is transparent and based on the real labor and materials needed for your project. I offer clear estimates with no hidden fees. Discounts are possible for larger projects or when we can finalize the agreement quickly. I always explain what is included, what is optional, and where you can save money without losing quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I review photos or schedule a quick visit to understand the scope. Then I provide a detailed estimate with options. If everything works for you, we sign the agreement and set a start date. I stay in touch throughout the project, updating you on every step to keep everything smooth and predictable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience in remodeling, tile work, carpentry, framing, and full bathroom and kitchen renovations. I also work closely with licensed electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians to make sure every part of the project is done the right way and up to code.
