Hey! I’m Luis, founder of Cascade Home. I grew up on the Eastside, and I’m proud to now serve that same community decades later. I was raised in a very hands-on household. My dad was a tradesman and commercial electrician, and he was also the do-it-all handyman at home. Being around that kind of work early on taught me the value of problem-solving, attention to detail, and doing things the right way. Those are the values I built Cascade Home around, and they are the same values I have continued building on over the last 6+ years running handyman and remodel projects. We are a small business, and we take a personal approach to our work and the way we work with people. We handle a wide range of handyman and home improvement work, from repairs and installations to larger upgrades like full kitchen and bath remodels. Our work includes tile, drywall, flooring, finish carpentry, and cabinet installation, along with many of the day-to-day projects homeowners need help with. We focus on reliable scheduling, honest communication, and clean, quality results. We are not just there to complete a task, we help homeowners think through the best approach and get the work done right.
