Lynn first started cleaning for me as part of the Merry Maids organization, so I have known her for seven years or so. She is extremely thorough and takes great care with breakables. Lynn is trustworthy, which is important to me after experiencing theft by another cleaner. When she left Merry Maids and they sent a different crew to my home, they raised the rates and I was terribly disappointed with the results. I was thrilled when Lynn contacted me about starting her own cleaning business, and happy to have her back cleaning for me. She is dependable, impressively punctual, and very flexible if I have a schedule change or ask her to start cleaning in a different room so I can use the kitchen, for example. Lynn began working for me when she first started her own business four years ago, and it has been great! She is honest, reliable, and trustworthy, and she gets the job done! One of the things I especially like is Lynn's use of Norwex cleaning products, which eliminates the need for chemically based cleaning solutions. Green, green, green!
