Incredibly unprofessional behavior. Requested address for service then failed to actually schedule. Seems like they might be up to criminal behavior. Failed to complete scheduling for Friday as they requested for Tuesday. Was quick on initial call then texting at 11pm (PT) at night.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After providing an initial quote, they were extremely slow to respond when I followed up. To make matters worse, the price suddenly increased without explanation. This kind of behavior shows a serious lack of integrity. I would not recommend their services.

Thank you for your comment. Feedback like this helps me continue to improve my company. In this case, I’ve learned not to offer promotional pricing to people who lack consideration, as you’ve shown.
You have a five-bedroom home, with stairs and carpet throughout. Your property also includes two and a half bathrooms, a backyard with a barbecue area, and an exterior patio.
I provided a special promotional estimate of $400, as I had availability in my schedule at that time. This price included full carpet cleaning with shampoo and steam, a complete house cleaning including windows, and a pressure wash of your patio and barbecue area.
I clearly mentioned that this was a great promotional deal.
Still, you declined the offer and went on to shop around with other companies. Eventually, you came back requesting the same service, but by then the promotional price was no longer available.
It’s unfortunate that instead of taking responsibility for missing out on that opportunity, you chose to leave a negative review—even though you never actually used my service.
Thankfully, most people are not like you. When they can’t afford a service, they save up and look for something within their budget, instead of making false claims or leaving malicious comments out of frustration.
If you can’t afford to properly take care of your home, it’s better to be honest with yourself than to project blame on others.
I truly wish you the best and hope you find another company to assist you. Please, do not contact me again.
