While searching for the right company to paint my deck, I am so glad I found Hailey Von Painting & Carpentry. Phil was very responsive did a great job from preparing the deck to making sure that the wood had the perfect moisture content to ensure the best adhesion of the stain. Can't wait for the sun to come back out to enjoy it!

I had such an amazing experience with Phil and Kelly at Hailey Von painters. They did a beautiful job and went out of their way to accommodate a very tight schedule (they came at 6am!) What really makes the work stand out is the prepping/sanding and fixing of dents and dings in the walls before they painted. In fact, we discovered an area with peeling paint that had to be cemented and primed - it took many hours to fix but they didn't charge me extra for it or complain. And that wall looks absolutely perfect now along with the rest of the house. In summary: beautiful work, really nice guy. Good price. Highly recommend.

I just bought a new home in Redmond and hired Hailey Von Painting & Carpentry to oversee maintenance projects for the property. The initial projects include some repairs from the move such as wall dings, skimming a wall with plaster and painting, and other minor repairs totaling about 8 hours of work. Phil started on the project yesterday and I couldn't be happier. From the very beginning Phil was very responsive, showed up when he said he would, gave me a very competitive quote. Yesterday, he went above and beyond as he noticed a few other areas that needed to be touched up. He was communicative throughout the day and will finish up on Monday. I've already asked Phil about managing another project and look forward to partnering with him for the foreseeable future.

I rarely ever take the time to write reviews however in this case I feel it is absolutely necessary. To be honest, I was completely overwhelmed with the task of selecting, hiring and overseeing the repainting of our office. After searching Google for someone in the area I came up relatively empty handed. The companies I called had lethargic, uninspiring replies and god awful websites if they even had one. I was beginning to grow concerned about making the right hire. On a whim I punched in my project details into Thumbtack and within minutes I received a response from Phil suggesting we schedule a time to meet so he could review the project and we could talk about my expectations. He has such a way with people and you can tell he takes tremendous pride in his work and taking care of his clients. We quickly received and approved his proposal and he got to work. The whole way through the project he was a dream to work with; on time, courteous, skillful and clean. The end result is absolute perfection. I couldn't be more impressed with the quality and service provided. Thank you for making it so easy!
