FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I frequently compare my rates with other peers in my area and in order to stay competitive adjust them as needed. I usually prefer lump sum not to exceed agreements as to ensure that the costs are established upfront and no surprises in the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin by asking the question "What are your expectations from my services?" My reason for this is to clarify and define our engagement. This will ensure that we both understand the roles we will play and how things will be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting. My training as an Accountant is continuous as we are always having to meet our membership and certification guidelines. Tax and payroll are the biggest time consuming in training since they are always changing and updating. It is my goal to always be informed and competent to better serve my clientele.
